For individuals 60+ years young, who want to gain strength and improve mobility. Classes include strength training with dumbbells, resistance bands and kettlebells. Balance training is also a particular focus in this class

Strength and Sports Performance for high school athletes
Tuesday and Thursday at 1:30 pm
Strength training including instruction on proper squat and deadlift technique to build strength and power. We also work on agility and plyometrics to improve explosiveness for your sport
